This interdisciplinary workshop will explore new directions for research in the field of medieval religious cultures (c.500–c.1500). The emphasis of the workshop will be on methodologies and the formulation of research questions and problems, with the aim to distinguish new fields of enquiry and trends of research, and to encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary and transnational collaboration.
